The personalized evaluation of the parameters of each child’s disability is carried out by specialized scientists and the evaluation process aims to issue the Motor Development and Participation Card, which will be used as a basis for the appropriate planning of interventions by the interdisciplinary team of the MSMU (physiatrist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, neurologist, teacher of adapted physical education, psychologist).

The scientific team, based on the results of the assessment and the needs of each student, will be able to provide guidelines to the school staff of Special Education and Education and the parents in order to improve the functionality and general health of the students. At the same time, based on the data, it will be possible to implement specially designed interventions in exercise programs and participation in sports activities.

The purpose of the MSMU action is:

  1. Evaluation and promotion of the participation of children with disabilities in sports activities
  2. Informing and training parents and teachers
  3. Design and implementation of specially adapted programs
