Sports Excellence, Basketball : Proteas Voulas BC

The ergometric evaluation of the athletes of the male basketball team of Proteas S.C has been completed on 24.08.18. The evaluation took place in the “Exercise Physiology” workshop of Sports Excellence at the Orthopedic Research & Education Center “P.N.Soucacos” of the 1^st Orthopedic Clinic, ‘ATTIKON’ General University Hospital. The 12 athletes were evaluated by Sports Excellence’s scientific staff in all critical aspects of athletic skills and competences, providing scientific data that can be used by the coaching team to improve athletes’ performance.

Sports Excelllence is an innovative system for the development and support of athletes, which is being implemented with the collaboration of the “Regeneration & Progress”, under the scientific supervision of the 1^st Orthopedic Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens, with a donation from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
